There are many variations of curls you can do with bands. Kali shares insights on a few of his favorite biceps workout.
Standing Biceps Curl: The easiest way to hit the biceps is to simply stand on it, and curl it. Choose and appropriate band tension to start with, and if you wish to add more tension, simply grab the band lower (closer to your feet). Stand on it with your mid foot to prevent the band from slipping out.
Double grip biceps curl: Basically the same exercise but both the arms in this one. You can step on the band with both feet, widen the stance for more tension or grip the band lower.
Use a muscle stick to mimic a dumbbell or barbell.
